As a adult I don’t mind coming here dr Matt is awesome , I think it’s pretty stupid and not right that a parent can not go back with their children I don’t just let anyone alone with my kids and I don’t personal know any of these people so I will be finding a new dentist for my children
Hygienist are pretty good and Dr. Matt is wonderful! I give 3 stars because the front end staff needs a few lessons on good customer service. The customer is NOT always right, but how the customer feels when then leave the building determines whether they return. I've had two separate moments that helped me make the decision to move my family to a new dentist. The first one happened 6 months ago. I had a tooth repaired and it didn't feel right. I made an appointment to have Dr. Matt shave down some high points on the tooth. I specifically asked him if there was a separate charge or part of the original repair. He said there was no charge. But, I received a bill anyway. I called the office and I told them I will pay if I owe, but I'd like to talk to Dr. Matt first. The FIRST thing I was told was that if I didn't pay the bill would be sent to collections. Really??? I got that all straightened out and Dr. Matt called and apologized for the mistake. Then today, I mistakenly told my husband his appointment was at 11:30. He showed up at exactly 11:30, late in his eyes. He told Amy he was here for his 11:30 appointment and the FIRST thing she said to him was, "You're 12 minutes late." That's where she went wrong. If Amy sees this, please take note of how you should've responded with proper customer service and could've saved your company from 3 patients leaving your practice. "Sir, I'm terribly sorry but your appointment was scheduled for 11:20. That pushes us back more than 10 minutes and may affect other appointments for the day. Let me check with the hygienist and see if she can still squeeze you in. If not I will be happy to reschedule you." If that was the way my husband was addressed I'm sure the outcome would've been different. It was his fault for arriving late and yes I will admit he was a rude customer. He completely understands having to be rescheduled. What he doesn't appreciate is being treated like a teenager showing up late for curfew.
Went there for like a year or so then they put a temp filling on my one tooth the next time they picked at made it fall off & cause me so much pain i wont go back!!! Let alone i have TMJ didnt take that into consideration!! Was great till they did that
Dentist are great. Receptionist rude and always seem like your bothering them to do their job.
